Customer Service Representative
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders and handle returns professionally
- Build relationships with customers and create loyal fans

Requirements: Excellent communication in English, problem-solving skills, customer-focused, patient and friendly, comfortable with WhatsApp and social media
Social Media Manager
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Grow our online community and brand awareness among 18-30 year olds
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
- Track analytics and optimize content performance

Requirements: Creative, social media savvy, content creation skills (photos/videos), understanding of trends, experience with TikTok and Instagram
Logistics Coordinator
- Coordinate with CJ Dropshipping and other suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery (our 10-15 day promise!)
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Resolve shipping issues and delays

Requirements: Organized, detail-oriented, good with numbers, problem-solver, experience with e-commerce logistics a plus
Sales & Marketing Associate
- Drive online sales through marketing campaigns and promotions
- Analyze customer data and market trends
- Develop promotional strategies for product launches
- Manage affiliate program and partnerships

Requirements: Marketing knowledge, analytical skills, results-driven, creative thinker, comfortable with data
Content Creator / Photographer
- Create product photos and videos for website and social media
- Produce unboxing videos and product demonstrations
- Edit content for maximum engagement
- Stay on top of visual trends

Requirements: Photography/videography skills, editing experience, creative eye, own equipment preferred, portfolio required
What We're Looking For
- ✓ Passionate about technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- ✓ Self-motivated and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
- ✓ Excellent communication skills (English required, Twi/Ga a plus)
- ✓ Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and apps
- ✓ Based in Ghana (Accra preferred, but remote considered for some roles)
- ✓ Willing to learn and grow with the company
- ✓ Understand the needs and interests of young Ghanaians (18-30)
- ✓ Hustle mentality - we move fast and get things done
