A: Yes! Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once the order has shipped from our supplier, cancellation isn't possible, but you can return the item within our return window.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely! We use Paystack's secure payment processing. We never store your card details on our servers.
Q: Can I pay on delivery?
A: Currently, we require payment upfront to process orders with our suppliers. This helps us keep prices low and shipping fast!

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our standard delivery time is 10-15 days from order placement. This includes processing time with our suppliers and shipping to Ghana. We're committed to fast, reliable delivery!
Q: Do you deliver outside Accra?
A: Yes! We deliver nationwide across all regions of Ghana. Delivery times may be 1-2 days longer for remote areas.
Q: What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
A: The courier will contact you via phone to arrange a convenient delivery time or alternative location. Make sure your phone number is correct when ordering!
Q: My order is delayed. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+233 534924786) with your order number. We'll track your package with our supplier and courier, and keep you updated every step of the way.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: We're working on faster shipping options! For now, our standard 10-15 day delivery is the fastest we can offer while keeping prices affordable.

A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount - check our current promotions!

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The money will be returned to your original payment method. Mobile Money refunds are faster (1-3 days), bank refunds take 5-10 business days.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Follow the return process and indicate you want an exchange. We'll ship the replacement item once we receive and verify your return.
Q: What if I receive the wrong item?
A: Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send the correct item right away. You won't pay any return shipping costs for our mistake!
