Refund Policy for VerseGlow

At VerseGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your tech accessories, we're here to help make it right.
Our Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. Due to the nature of our dropshipping business model and to keep prices affordable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Eligible Returns
You may return a product if:

- Product doesn't work as described
- Product stops working within 7 days of delivery
- Missing parts or accessories
- Manufacturing defects
✓ Damaged Products
- Product arrived damaged during shipping
- Packaging was severely damaged affecting the product
- Product was broken upon arrival
✓ Wrong Item Received
- You received a different product than ordered
- Wrong color, size, or model
- Missing items from your order
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report defective or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue clearly
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
✗ Change of Mind
- You simply changed your mind about the purchase
- You found a better price elsewhere
- You ordered the wrong item by mistake
✗ Hygiene Items (Unless Defective)
- Wireless earbuds that have been opened and used
- Beauty tools that have been used
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
✗ Damaged by Customer
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Products modified or altered by customer
- Water damage or physical damage caused by customer
✗ Late Returns
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Us

Include:

- Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage
- Description of the issue
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Step 2: We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and determine if it qualifies for a return.
Step 3: Return Authorization
If approved, we'll provide:
- Return authorization and instructions
- Return shipping address (if applicable)
- Next steps for your specific situation
Step 4: Return the Item
Items must be returned:
- In original packaging (if possible)
- With all accessories and documentation
- Unused and in original condition (unless defective)
Step 5: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective products. If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Indicate "exchange" when contacting us
- We'll ship a replacement once we receive your return
- Replacement shipping is free for defective items
- Exchange processing takes 10-15 days (standard shipping time)
Shipping Costs for Returns
Defective or Wrong Items (Our Fault)
- We cover return shipping costs
- We'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs
Change of Mind (Not Accepted)
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- All sales are final unless product is defective or damaged
Original Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Only the product cost is refunded
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged:

Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping:

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Minor defects that don't affect functionality
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't impact use
- Missing non-essential accessories
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Before Shipping
You can cancel your order for a full refund if:
- You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
- The order hasn't been processed with our supplier yet
After Shipping
Once your order has shipped from our supplier, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for delivery and follow the return process if needed.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for defective or damaged products.
